Before construction of your new home begins, you need to give attention to the following items by contacting us.
Choose Lighting, Flooring, Appliances, and Cabinet color / hardware from hundreds of samples by appointment at our office. Call us or contact us electronically to schedule an appointment.
Call or electronically contact us to schedule your Pre-Construction Meeting with our Customer Coordinator after all selections are complete. This meeting shall be scheduled Tuesdays or Wednesdays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. This meeting must take place before construction begins. Your Color Selection Form should be completed and signed prior to this meeting.
Decide where you would like your cable and phone jacks located prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Your Sales Professional will be asking you these types of questions.
